Starter, Main and Pudding. The children will create a 3 course meal of White Bean Hummus with Pickled Beetroot, Baked Seabass/Cauliflower Steak with Lemon Caper Dressing and Passion Fruit Posset. All ingredients are provided but equipment needs to be brought to the session – a list is emailed about a week before the class, all of which can usually be found in a home kitchen.
